This may be due to sanctions against the relevant countries, import/export restrictions, or shipping services not supporting such routes. Affected countries and regions may include, but are not limited to, the following list:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.
These countries and regions may be restricted from delivery due to export restrictions, sanctions lists, or embargo policies of shipping service providers in different countries or regions. Depending on specific international trade regulations, some countries or regions may not be able to receive international shipments or may require special permits for delivery.
