We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unable to track your package using the tracking information we provide, please contact the courier company for more information. Packages that are refused or undeliverable will incur return shipping fees, the exact cost of which depends on the shipping method used for the original order. For orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or with an incorrect address, we will deduct the shipping costs from your bill.
For refused, undeliverable, or incorrectly addressed packages, we will refund the amount minus all shipping costs and undeliverable handling fees, which will be deducted from your original payment. If you wish to have the item reshipped, please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information.
